Here's my RANT!

I am so frustrated with diet and exercising.

It makes me want to make myself throw up. Literally...

In the beginning of the year, my fiance and I agreed we would start watching what we eat and eat as healthy as possible.

Okay... two weeks after that start date... guess who can fit back into their size 34 jeans again? FH! Frustrating...

We eat the same stuff...

I exercise way more than he does...

and who the fuck drops the most weight????????????
and who the fuck is at the same freaken weight they were at the beginning of the year????????

FRUSTRATED SO FRUSTRATED SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We hit the 9 month mark and its on and poppin!

I'm double timing my workouts AND I going to be strict as fuck when it comes to diet.....!!!!!!!!!

I will be a slim bride NO effing doubt!!!!!!!!!!!!

(sorry.. the hood comes out when I get mad)

Day 1 of 30 Day Shred

Yep, you heard right. All that bitching led me to believe Jillian Michaels will be my saviour. I did do this program before but I was getting bored of it. I was switching it up with "Slim in 6" because I was getting bored of that too. I stopped the two and then concentrated on diet alone.. Well, you and I know thats only going to get you so far.. So back on the treadmill I went and I'm still going.. started last week on that beeotch.

Then.. the FH becomes inspired by some chick who responded on one of his blog posts. He goes to me, "We should do the 30 Day Shred" Uh, I've been telling you this for the past month already. So long story short, we did it together.

Working out with a partner pushes you to your limit. You want to keep up because he's keeping up. You want to keep going when your partner is grunting because he's tired as hell. You just want to keep going.

So with that said, first day of the 30 day Shred (again). It was good. The transitions to floor exercise gets me a little light headed (p90x at least took it slow and reminded you not to get up so fast). But I felt the burn, I sweated it out.

Jillian (first name bases here) mixes this workout with cardio, strength straining, squats, and abs and everything else. You do a little bit of weights, then return to cardio, then do some squats, then do cardio and then end with abs all in a 20 minute period (minus the stretching). She tells you to keep going... She tells you, "when someone tells you just take the stairs - it is a false message of lethargy."
