Tomorrow is the date! JANUARY 17TH, 2010!

The future hubby and I will be starting our new diet and exercise regime in countdown to our wedding date! NOVEMBER 27TH, 2010!

Our diet will be consisting of increase intake of veggies and fruits, no pork, high fiber, decreased carbs, and increase water intake. Also no added sugar and we'll be cutting out the soda...

Exercise will be a combination of things. We will be incorporating elements of P90X as well as more outdoor activity like biking, hiking, etc.

Ahh, I hope to reach my goal of a weight loss of 20lbs, I hope!
